AUDITION HEADQUARTERS

JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT
AUDITIONS

Dave & Busters - Opry Mills
March 13, 2010 • Noon to 5 p.m.

Nashville Stages will hold open-call auditions for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat on March 13, from 12-5 in the private party room of Dave & Busters at Opry Mills (540 Opry Mills Drive, Nashville, TN, 37214). Parking is absolutely free and Dave & Busters always hooks auditionees up with great munchies and refreshments for after your audition.

Rehearsals will be on our usual three-week schedule from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. from June 7-23. Production dates are June 24 - 27 at TPAC.

Although the role of the Narrator is already cast (Jewel Lucien), there will be many featured opportunities in this high-energy production, so please prepare a song in your own style. Broadway show tunes are not a requirement. Piano accompaniment and a CD player will be available to you. There will be no readings or monologues for this audition, only singing.

Nashville Stages also welcomes auditions by email any time prior to March 13. Please send a link to your performance video or reel or attach it in an email to Kaine@NashvilleStages.com. Be sure to include all of your contact information and any conflicts you anticipate with the rehearsal schedule.

Auditions are for the adult cast only. Children and teen cast members will be part of Nashville Stages' Summer Theatre Camp (June 7-18) in downtown Nashville. Men ages 18-50 with strong vocal ability are strongly encouraged to attend or submit for the roles of Joseph and his 11 brothers.
